Where is Urban Humanity located?
We are headquartered in Portland, Oregon located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. The unique culture of the Pacific Northwest and Portland provide inspiration that is evident throughout our products.

Who is Urban Humanity?
Urban Humanity was founded in Portland, Oregon and is a privately owned venture between Bryan Boyd and Brandon Loveland. Bryan provides his experience in creative and graphic design to drive imaginative themes for our products. Brandon’s professional experience in operations management helps turn the creative vision to a retail product.

How will my order be shipped?
We utilize recycled and reusable/recyclable materials for all product shipments. We will ship your product via USPS or FedEx depending on the level of service and location.

When will my order ship?
Unless it is a pre-order/pre-sale item or on backorder, your order will ship in 1-2 business days. Holidays excluded.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Please include all necessary information for us to ship to your desired location. Also provide us with contact information for us to reach you should there be import/export issues with your shipment.

Who is our photographer?
Our photographer is Bryson Lafferty, a Portland based photographer. For more information, please visit his website.

Who designed our website?
We designed it in house. Glad you like it.
